Samuel. A. Segal, Esq. is the owner and principal of the Law Offices of Samuel A. Segal in Boston, MA.  Unlike other law firms, attorney Segal will be there for you in all aspects of your claim from start to finish.  His mission is to be readily-available by phone and email and will promptly respond to all inquiries to keep you updated on the status of your claim.  He is licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts State and Federal Courts.

Attorney Segal has over twelve years of experience working with complex personal injury and wrongful death claims and litigation.  He is a 2010 graduate of Northeastern University Law School and, after five years working at Breakstone, White & Gluck, P.C., decided to open his own law practice to better serve his clients.

In Massachusetts, attorney Samuel A. Segal is on the Executive Board of the Massachusetts Bar Association, where he currently serves as Secretary.  He has also served for two years as Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service and for four years on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division.

Nationally, attorney Samuel A. Segal is a current TIPS NOW! fellow at the American Bar Association.  He has also served for two years as a District Representative for Massachusetts and New Hampshire to the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and one year as the National Affiliates Director.

Attorney Segal has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, and he was honored by the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Excellence in the Law Awards as an Up and Coming Lawyer in 2015.  He also received the Massachusetts Bar Association's Volunteer Recognition Award in 2016.
