The Essentials of Mediation & Arbitration

On February 28, 2017, attorney Sam Segal, Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, presented and participated in the first of a three-part series educating lawyers and law students on the Essentials of Mediation & Arbitration. This first program lasted 1.5 hours and focused on preparing claims/disputes for mediation and arbitration.

Judge Patti Bernstein introduced the panelists, which included practitioners Sam Segal and Paul Klehm and neutrals Conna Weiner and Michael Zeytoonian.

Part two of the series will take place on March 20, 2018.
