Atty. Segal Presents Legislator of the Year Award

On Thursday, May 2, 2024, attorney Sam Segal was honored to present the Massachusetts Bar Association's 2024 Legislator of the Year Award to State Senator Michael J. Rodrigues. Senator Rodrigues represents the First Bristol and Plymouth District and currently serves as the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Ways and Means.

Senator Rodrigues led the way in the Senate to approve funding for some of our Courts' most pressing needs, including for additional Probate & Family Court judges, the improvement of courthouse technology, and a much-needed increase in our legal aid program budgets. Attorney Segal was proud to present this champion of justice with the MBA's Legislator of the Year Award for 2024 and looks forward to continue working with him into the future to keep our justice system fully funded and working for the people of Massachusetts.
