Welcome Brandon R. Calton, Esq. to the Segal Law Team

We are pleased to announce attorney Brandon R. Calton, Esq. is joining the Law Offices of Samuel A. Segal as a litigation associate. Brandon earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2023, where he was a member of the Honors Program and earned academic recognition for excellence in legal writing and advocacy. During law school, he gained hands-on litigation experience through clinics and internships that emphasized client representation, courtroom advocacy, and strategic motion practice.

In addition to his academic and clinical work, Brandon was actively involved in the Law School’s LGBTQ+ Alliance, where he supported initiatives promoting inclusion, professional development, and community engagement within the legal profession. His involvement reflected a broader commitment to advocacy, equity, and ensuring that traditionally underrepresented voices are respected and heard within legal institutions.

Atty. Calton will join the team at the Law Offices of Samuel A. Segal to continue to help individuals navigate the complexities of personal injury law, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, medical negligence, and wrongful death claims. Brandon is committed to helping clients pursue meaningful compensation and justice for their injuries.
